VILLAGE OF WINNECONNE RESIDENTS HYDRANT FLUSHING NOTICE

Winneconne Waterworks will be performing the bi-annual maintenance on the distribution system to include the flushing of hydrants and water mains, weather permitting, beginning at 7:00 a.m. on the following days: May 20th – May 31st Crews will begin flushing hydrants on the West side of the Village working East until done.

If weather does not allow, flushing will extend into the following week(s) until completed.  Any questions please call 920-582-4381.Please note pressure loss may occur for brief periods.  Similarly, water discoloration may be present.  This coloration is not harmful; however, run your faucets until the water becomes clear.

SIDEWALK CLOSED

Beginning April 23, 2019, the sidewalk on the north side of the new bridge in Winneconne will be closed. It might be closed for most of the summer.The DOT has construction crews building retaining walls on each end of the bridge in order to conform with State standards. This is a safety measure.
