Geraldine Driscoll The only other written history of
Winneconne, this book was published in 1987, it was published to
coincide with the village's centennial. Along with the many
historical facts it has maps and photos, business directories and
census figures.

to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first graduating class
from Winneconne High School. It includes pictures and stories
of all of the one-room school houses that had been part of the

| The Children's Country Home, 1929-1943, & the Lake Winneconne
Park, 2005 by Marge Eid. In 2005 the village took
possession of the County Park that is situated with the village
limits. To commemorate this event this history was written to
tell the beginnings of the park. The land was originally
purchased to house the Children's Country Home being bought by the
County in 1943.
