The Village of Winneconne will be offering a curbside leaf pick up service during the months of October and November 2024 in support of the passed ordnance 259.1 at the July 18th, 2023, board meeting.  This service is being implemented as an alternative to burning leaves.

Leaves must be bagged in paper yard waste bags. 

• Leaves must be placed curbside on the terrace in areas that have curb and gutter.
• Do not place leaf bags in the gutter of the street.
• Properties that have an unimproved drainage ditch should have bags placed on the apron of the driveway or within in the right of way along the street.
• Do not use non-biodegradable bags.
• Do not fill bags with anything other than leaves, grasses, and yard and garden debris
  • Please have bags street side by 8 a.m. on the day of your scheduled pick up.
    • Week of October 1^st to the last week of November 2023
      • Wednesday – West side of the Village 8am-12pm
      • Thursday – East side of the Village 8am-12pm
