Utility Bill Payment options
You may choose one of the below options for utility bill payments:
- Pay online via our MSB Payment Processing: https://payments.msbpay.com/vlg_winneconne_utilities.
- Drop your payment in the 24-hour secure drop box in the library parking lot or in the inside drop box which is located outside the municipal office door (across from the police department).
- Set up ACH Debit automatic payment - Fill out an Authorization Agreement form to set up automatic payments; email csr@winneconnewi.gov to request.
- Stop in during office hours to pay your bill.
