The 2026 road projects include Grant Street from South 6th Street to Tower Road, Enterprise Road and 14th Avenue extension. Additional capital investment projects include the Waste Water Treatment Facility update plan.

Street Reconstruction Projects 2025

The Village of Winneconne completed several important infrastructure projects in 2025 to improve utility systems and roadway conditions:

6th Avenue
A full utility rebuild, including:

• Water main replacement
• Private lateral upgrades
• Street surface overlay

Adams Street (2nd to 3rd Street)

• Milling and asphalt overlay

Wolf Run to 14th Avenue

• New road connection construction

Ongoing Street Maintenance

The Village's Public Works Department maintains 18.4 miles of roadway year-round. Routine maintenance tasks include:

• Snow plowing and salting
• Street sweeping
• Pavement striping
• Crack sealing
• Hot and cold patching
• Shoulder work
• Catch basin cleaning and repairs
• Additional seasonal maintenance as needed

Place a work order with Public Works here. Please note, village staff will acknowledge and respond to all submitted work order requests within 48 business hours. Please note that while you will receive a response within this timeframe, the reported issue may require additional time to investigate, schedule, or fully resolve depending on the nature and scope of the request.
